Ensure your commercial property meets the building and safety standards. Having your commercial property inspected will help determine and expose any potential issues and concerns that may affect your property’s value.
As the owner of Hometown Property Inspections, I believe it is my duty as a licensed professional to understand all aspects of the transaction. I have built several homes and I have been involved in all aspects of the building process over the years.
Whether you’re a potential buyer or seller, you should always get an inspection. Buyers need to know what’s wrong with the property before they buy it. Sellers need to make sure everything is working properly. Don’t be afraid to ask questions! It is particularly important when you don’t know something that I explained or detailed in the report. I will always be honest when inspecting homes and I will point out issues or problems with your home. My report will provide information about the condition of the house and other details.
My job is to make sure the client understands all aspects of the inspection process, and I do not stop there. When you receive your report, it’s important to ask as many questions as possible. I want you to understand what is in the report and how it may or may not affect your decision. I would love if you and ask about anything you didn’t understand.
